craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a form of bodywork that uses gentle touch to affect the pressure and circulation of cerebrospinal fluid and fascia within the brain, spinal cord, and ultimately the full body. It aims to help the body lessen structural strain and imbalances in order to restore full body integration and promote self healing and vitality.

abdominal sobada

drawing on techniques of chi nei tsang and traditional mayan abdominal massage, this focused session is designed to address organ disharmonies and imbalances to alleviate digestive issues, unblock physical and emotional tension, and calm the nervous system.

fire cupping

Cupping uses suction to draw stagnant blood to the surface, promoting circulation and tissue repair. The negative pressure breaks up scar tissue and muscle adhesions, and stimulates our lymphatic system to help drain waste from our cells. As blood is pulled to the surface, capillaries are broken and may be visible as red markings that are usually painless. Cupping allows us to unblock stagnation on both a physical and emotional level

castor oil pack

castor oil is used to support the liver’s natural detox process, encourage lymphatic drainage, support digestion and alleviate pain. this session incorporates 10-15 minutes of abdominal massage, application of castor oil pack and heating pad, and sound therapy.
